Tolga Taluy (25/08/1982) is a Turkish artist & curator currently living in France. He obtained a Master of Arts in 2007 from Ecole Supérieure d’Art de Grenoble. One of his main interests is the digital arts, cultures and music. During his studies, he took part in the organization & the execution of different artistic events covering topics such as the practice and techniques of audio streaming in art (Bug’n'Mix), the use of scaremongering politics (Borderphonics) and the open-source means of creation & distribution (Ressources). He also hosted various radio shows on the local college radio station Radio Campus Grenoble between 2001 and 2006. The 06/06/06 he has founded skyndo, a netlabel aiming to promote heavy digital computer music. Currently, he’s participating in 18th sessions of Ecole du Magasin and working with la Niche, a community-based not-for-profit framework willing to promote music for the niches by setting up events in Grenoble.
